I must say that this article is rather different from what I've wrote before. Well, I'm pretty sure there are a lot of fans of TV series such as X-Files, Without A Trace and of course...one of my favourite, Criminal Minds. I never thought about what does it take to become one of the FBI agent until I came across and interesting article about it.
Do you think that you have to be a football star, a national basketball player, a sharp shooter or a person who could conduct an intense interrogation to become one of the agents like we always watch on TV? You're wrong.
So, what does it really takes to become one of them? Well, there's a chance that a common people would become an FBI agent!

MIND YOUR MANNERS
Often everyday we see our Facebook friends change their status frequently. I can see at certain time an average of every hour there'll be more than 300 live feeds. Well, I enjoy reading them especially when I'm bored mainly besides knowing what my friends are up to, I would come accross interesting remarks. But, have it ever occur in our mind, did we cross the line by the so called 'self-promoting' efforts?
A lot of my friends invited me to join pages and groups....and...I did. Till today, everytime I visit the groups or read updates from the pages I'm in, I would come across many interesting things and sometimes I gag when I'm viewing public debates on specific topics.
Now, here's something you could give a thought of, how can you ensure that you don't elicit similar reaction? I got right here a few social-networking etiquette that might be useful.

Know your place. Networking sites like LinkedIn and Plaxo are designed to help users advance their careers. So it's fine to post updates there about your latest business project, promotion, or blog entry -- your connections expect it, and will do the same.
Likewise, it's okay to indulge in modest self-hype in a Twitter feed ("I'll be giving a speech today at the Kiwanis club"); if people don't want your updates, they simply won't follow you. But on a mostly social site like Facebook, your friends should hear about only the big career stuff, not minor exploits. Otherwise you risk seeming self-absorbed or, worse, a braggart.
Edit yourself. Unless you're Brad Pitt or maybe Jon Gosselin, none of your business contacts care if you nicked yourself shaving this morning (to be honest, your friends probably don't care either). To avoid bothering work connections with a barrage of personal details, use privacy settings to limit their access to nonwork parts of your profile.
Share info, not hype. The updates that do your career the most good show off your expertise, not your accomplishments. If you're a financial analyst, for instance, offer some insight on the banking crisis and include links to information on how people can protect their assets, instead of touting your latest appearance on CNBC. One or two work-related updates a day should be the max for most sites (Twitter is an exception); in fact, one or two a week is probably plenty.
"Before you post, ask yourself if you'll be providing value," says Mitch Joel, author of Six Pixels of Separation. "If not, you're just being obnoxious."
Wait for an intro. No one likes a cold call. "I never accept a friend request from someone I don't know," says Kirsten Dixson, co-author of Career Distinction: "Stand Out by Building Your Brand." If you're eager to connect professionally with someone you've never met, try to find a contact in common. Then send the middleman a note explaining why you want to be introduced.
Do unto others. "These sites are real communities," says Tamar Weinberg, author of "The New Community Rules: Marketing on the Social Web." "Help the people around you and you help yourself." So be generous with recommendations of colleagues and unstinting with advice when asked. Your contacts will usually be glad to return the favor.

Happenings in F1 2010!!
Goodbye 2009....wassup 2010! Congrats to Jenson Button on his '09 championship crown. It's trumendous to see Brawn GP clinched the championship on their debut season. As for 2010, we'll see a lot of drivers transfer from one team to another. This would spice up F1 and make it more and more interesting!
So, let's start with Kimi Raikonnen....we won't be seeing him behind the wheels of Ferrari team, but we'll definitely be seeing him with Junior Citroen Rally Team! Fantastic....I would say...suits his 'heavy footed' driving character. My guest, iceman just won't melt by the speed. It has been confirmed that he have signed a year contract with the team. Best of luck Kimi! Just make sure don't drink and drive...hehe.
What's up with Felipe Massa? We'll be seeing him racing in Ferrari alongside former world champion, Fernando Alonso...with a neck pain!! He admitted his neck hurt after the second day of testing at Mugello track resulted from the accident occured last year. "I had a bit of pain in my neck, especially on the fast corners which make this one of the toughest tracks."
As for race teams, we'll be seeing the Malaysia Lotus team participation with confirmed Jarno Trulli and Heikki Kovalainein to be in the cockpit but that didn't pretty much attracted me the most. What attracts me the most is Sir Richard Branson with his new team, Virgin Racing, challenged the owner of Lotus F1, Tony Fernandes that the losing team will work as stewardess for the winning team! Haha...I'm all excited for that!! But, of course it's a friendly rivalry as Tony Fernandes once worked for Branson's music business. Hmmm....can't imagine either one of them in their uniform...hahahaha.
For Sauber Team, they have confirmed Kamui Kobayashi to drive for them. Good for him or he'll end up working for his dad's sushi restaurant as Toyota announced their retreat from F1. Good luck Kobayashi!
Now it's time for the hottest new's in F1, the Schuey's comeback!! A three year signup contract has confirmed the 7 times world champion will be driving for the Mercedes Petronas F1 GP (formerly known as Brawn GP). "We are talking about a three-year deal. It's not just a one-off thing. We are talking about continuation." He reportedly to be paid 7 million Euros (9.9 million US Dollars) to be with the team alongside Nico Rosberg. As for me, goodbye Ferrari, I'll go wherever Schuey is...hehe.
As for Jenson Button, he is set to drive for McLaren alongside former world champion, Lewis Hamilton.
Well, that's pretty much I can tell you about F1, as I'm gearing up to shift my support to Mercedes GP! Cheers!
